Course aim and description
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and skills useful for upgrading their professional prospects, in the context of the evolution of administration and project management into a distinct profession.
The course material introduces the student to the concepts of project and project management, while the five basic process groups are developed, according to the most popular PMBOK guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge, 5th Edition). The groups of processes that are developed concern Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and finally Closing the project. At the same time, there is an extensive description of the Inputs, Tools and Techniques and Outputs of each process.
